The machine is very good and easy to use but the service and spare parts is a huge problem, they never answer the phone or emails.

The product have arrived pretty fast, literally the fastest actually because I have ordered some other items as well with it, and this product was the first to arrive. I am new in business , I am running a logistics companies and have been transporting donated supplies recently. it was very practical. I set it up quickly after a couple of different speed level I found what is best for me. So it is really easy to use. Good product for good price.
