No sugar no problem
This still gets 5 stars even though it doesn't taste like watermelon. To me it has a hint of lemon lime taste, but it's still good and I like the fact that it doesn't have to be red just because of the flavor it's supposed to be, just taste good. It's got more than red bull and the other big name drinks, they're 160mgs of caffeine, on top of having ginseng, gaurana and L-Carnitin that most others don't have. If you can't handle 200mgs of caffeine, just don't drink the whole thing. The first few times I used it I didn't finish it and I got my dancing excersize in like it was 1999 again.

The Alani watermelon wave energy drinks were purchased for my daughters.They both said the drinks tasted good,but they didn't give them any extra energy.
