Did not work right and not everything was there. When I tried to message them they wouldn't message me back. I ended up going to the actual company and they replaced it.

Pretty popular e-collar. Works well. Having an e-collar trained dog is truly wonderful. Recommend learning lots about it and how training works. You cannot just start with this. You have to layer your training. Your dog will need to understand voice commands, leash pressure, etc before you layer this

The original package it came in, had a different serial number than what was on the device which made me wonder if what I received was a used model. Used it to train and found it effective. However had to replace battery earlier than expected and to do that had to order it from the company. The tech support was very helpful! Even after replacing the battery the power seems to be so much less. I have to turn it up to around 25 to match the former setting of 8; I always test it before putting it on my pooch. I only use it as a recall device now on a German Shorthair who occasionally gets fixated on a scent and needs a prompt to recall.

perfect for off leash. i live in a heavily wooded area without many neighbors and this is great for calling my dog back once you train them on it. often there are deer/skunk/foxes/oppossums out at night and my dog loves to chase them so this is a good investment for us to keep him from harming anything or being harmed while still having the freedom of being a dog. also great for trails so he doesnt run out of my sight. the vibrate setting is good enough to use in any situation for my pittie-he’ll come to me when i use it. make sure you train them on it responsibly! imo this is only for call backs- not punishment!! my dog loves wearing his because it means adventure for him.

Very great! My dog use to resource guard and bite if I took stuff now I’m able to grab stuff with no issue and get her to listen when called. Tried all other training methods this worked!
