Easy to Use and Works Well
No complaints really - Easy to set the tightness in small increments (with numbers, so you can be consistent with tightness each time), good quality & comfortable fabric.I also find the straps useful for other applications - e.g. I use the leg BFR bands for helping to hold my legs down during leg extensions, if my forearms & hands are already fatigued from previous grip-intensive training.

They​ are great bands but don't leave them on too long you could seriously injure (Harm) yourself, that said buy them, the results will blow you away.

Different feeling!
This changes the intensity of your excercise, creates fatigue far quicker, creates an insane pump, and brings the muscle blood mass up so fast!!!Its definitely worth the faff and cash!!

Poor Quality- Broke on second use
It’s hard to say how effect the bands are as unfortunately on the second use the plastic broke and the clip no longer works so.Quality needs improvement

BFR occlusion training bands review.
Although I feel the occlusion training bands are a little expensive for what is essentially 2 straps with buckles I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.Ive been struggling with elbow pain for the last six months or so and therefore any curling exercise has been literally a pain.As a result I haven’t been able to do the sort of weights I’m capable of and need to do to in order to give the biceps/triceps a strenuous workout.With the occlusion bands you only use 20-25% of the weight you would normally use if you weren’t wearing them and I’m delighted to say both my elbows were totally pain free throughout my workout.I also felt that I had given my arms a proper workout at the end of the session for the first time in months.Highly recommended.

They work, excellent quality.
I've seen my arms and legs grow at a quicker rate implementing BFR into my workout routine.I work on a 2 week on, 2 week off scheudule. I also check myself fairly regularly with skinflap body fat percentage calipers. When I'm at work, I don't typically work out. At home, I work out every day. My cycle is: Lose lean mass/fat and weight at work. Regain both on my days off, but with a slight increase of fat loss vs lean.Since I've started including BFR workouts, my lean mass loss has decreased, even though my weight loss is still going down. I have 2 years of data of these trends. EG, typically I'd be 140-145 lean, 40-45 fat. Since introducing BFR, I've kept the 142-145 lean mass, and now I'm at 35 fat. That trend never existed before changing to BFR based workouts.These straps have consistent pressure, the number guides are great for maintaining similar tension between workouts, and I get a pump. It also forces me to stay in sync between reps. I'm sure any BFR band would do that, but these ones are the ones I've chosen, and they've worked out really well for me.

BFR Bands! Blood Occlusion Training! Check it out!
The BFR Bands are absolutely incredible!!! I have not experienced pumps like this ever! I have taken every pre workout supplement under the sun, this is a while other level! I did a little research on the bands and gained some understanding as to what they do and how it can benefit my training routine. They work to restrict the venous blood flow from the muscle. This creates a hold of blood to the muscle. We all know, more blood and greater sense of hypertrophy, equals size and strength gains. Not only do these bands work to restrict the blood flow out and create the incredible pump effect; they also play a neurological role in what they do. These bands essentially trick ur brain into thinking that your muscles are lifting heavier and harder and experiencing a greater work load. Hence forcing that hypertrophy without the heavy lifting.I have trained using these bands several times now, having warn them on my arms for chest, back and arms/shoulder workouts. I have also recently tried them on leg day. I must say that the quad pump I had, was like feeling cement in my legs!The quality of the bands are sturdy, strong and durable. Adjusting the tension is easy, applying them is easy too. As far as comfort goes; The material is strong and tough, comfort is not a 10, but def not uncomfortable. They stay in place and don’t shift. As far as the excessOf the strap once tightened down, it can be tucked into the strap. It again isn’t the most comfortable method, but does work and they do stay in place. I didn’t purchase these for looks and comfort, I purchased them for the application. The BFR Bands have definitely exceeded my expectations as far as use is concerned! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to increase strength and or size, looking to change up their routine, or beginners who cannot lift heavy weight. They’re application can benefit a plethora of fitness levels.

J étais septique, mais cela fonctionne. Cela ne remplace pas les entraînements avec poids lourds, mais utilisés en complément, une fois par semaine, cela donne des résultats étonnants

Super BFR-Trainingsbänder, extrem gut
Die Bänder sind elastisch, optimal breit und man kann sehr dosiertes Abbinden der Extremitäten herbeiführen. Wichtig ist auch, dass man die Gurte alleine, sprich ohne fremde Hilfe, anlegen kann. Der Verschluss ist im vorgrspanntem Zustand sehr gut zu schließen und hält bombenfest. Das BFR Training ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, mit diesen Bändern jedoch super gut durchzuführen. Einziger Nachteil könnte sein, dass die Bänder evtl. mit der Zeit ausleiern, sprich an Elastizität verlieren. Noch eine Anmerkung, ich habe die Klammern dazu gekauft, diese sind leider sinnlos, weil man diese im gespannten Zustand nicht anlegen kann und schon gar nicht alleine. Wer das BFR Training in sein Programm aufnehmen möchte ist mit diesen Bänder sehr gut bedient.
