well, if you didn't have any knolegde about this, it's ok, but if you already have some, well, you probably know more than this book could give to you.

This book is very simple and is primarily a recipe book. The recipes seem fine and contain instructions. You will not gain a lot of insight into understanding the ingredients or anything beyond following the simple recipes. The price is perfect for what you receive, but do not expect anything beyond some recipes. I did not find it helpful for my uses, but others may.

Was thinner than I thought it would be. Hoped for it to have more information. No pictures.

Too small and flimsy and reverberated what I already knew.
