I’ve been wearing a different type of ankle brace to support my weak foot arch. My ankle is fine- but my podiatrist recommended a brace to help my arch while playing pickleball. I had been wearing a bulky brace that worked well. The problem was it worked so well, my ankle and upper leg were getting sore. I think because they were so immobilized. This brace is very flexible, so my ankle can move, yet is still supported. My leg already feels better, and my arch is still supported.

This thing was expensive!! BUT- it is always amazing and worth every penny. I’ve been wearing a different type of ankle brace to support my weak foot arch. My ankle is fine- but my podiatrist recommended a brace to help my arch while playing pickleball. I had been wearing a bulky brace that worked well. Really well made and looking forward to using these during weight training and technical trail run / hikes. The seam at the bottom of the foot could be less bulky but don’t expect chafing to be an issue. Ankle feels locked in but not restricted in movement - more like having well guided support which is exactly what I was looking for
