When the package arrived, one of the cups was cracked. Instead of going through Amazon, I contacted the company directly by finding their customer support information online. After I sent an email explaining the broken cup and included the invoice, I received an immediate reply and within days I had a new cup. Very, very pleased with this company and the game is phenomenal. My nieces loved it. I would not hesitate to order from this company again thank you. Keep up the good work

The game itself is excellent, no problem whatsoever. However, one end of the box, of course, the delivery picture shows the opposite end, was destroyed. Ripped, torn, and a mess. Definitely had to find another box to gift this. Plus the box had stickers on both sides of it that were impossible to remove.
