Excellent offline storage option.
These are great! I bought one to help organize and protect a growing collection of working vintage gear, and was so impressed I bought another the next day! For me, these are not totes (although they could serve well in that capacity) - they are high-grade archival storage for vintage working gear between deployments...

A great bag
This insert bag is fantastic! I’ve been using it to keep my vintage lenses and lens adapters safe when I’m not shooting. It’s well-made, the padding is great, there’s plenty of room, and I think it’s a great deal. Since I’m only using it for storage, I can’t say how long it will last out in the field, but it looks like it could handle everyday use as a camera bag. I managed to fit five lenses inside: a Tamron SP 500mm mirror lens, a Tamron 28-70mm, a Nikon 43-86mm, a Nikon 55mm micro, a Nikon 135mm, a teleconverter, travel tripod, and three lens adapters. I’m really happy with this bag, and I’m planning to get another one soon.

This bag is perfect!
This bag is perfect! My husband was looking for a protective case for the noise reduction earmuffs he uses while running his airboat, and this worked out great. Too price and great quality. The velcro dividers made it easy to get a perfect fit, with some room to spare to store other items. He really likes the zipper closure and having both a handle and a shoulder strap. His noise-reduction earmuffs were an investment, so it’s nice knowing they’re stored and can travel safely.

A good option for spare lenses.
I have multiple camera systems and for my larger lenses I have Pelican and Gator hard cases, although for my collection of lenses for my Leica M cameras, these are too large. I originally searched for a padded divider for a minimum of 8 lenses and this is the product that came closest to what I had hoped to find. The title of this item includes 'Bag' and 'Insert', which is a fitting description, although I see this as more of a bag, as to me an insert does not have a top. It works well for my Leica lenses, which are smaller and lighter than standard camera lenses, but I do not think this would work for my Sony a7RIV or Fuji GFX lenses. I find this to be a better option than having them lay around on a shelf waiting for use. I am giving it four stars because I would have preferred a bit more rigidity to the bag itself and I would have preferred set compartments, rather than a velcro system that does the trick, but ultimately is not as attractive and stable as what a set divided system would be - plus I feat that the rough side of velcro might scratch the lenses. It is a sharp looking bag that resembles a soft lunchbox, so if you decided to carry it around with you, no one would guess at what is inside. It's a good bag, a bit expensive for what it really is, although after my research, and as I said above, it is the closest that I've found for this application.

Can be used standalone or as an insert into a Harbor Freight Apache 3800 hard case.
This answer is really nice to be able to carry extra lenses outside of your main backpack or camera bag. I have two of these, this one is slightly larger than the other one (I got the other one off of eBay). Real nice thing is you can adjust the positions for different size lenses and hoods. The answer also fits really nice in the side of an Harbor Freight Apache 3800 hard case but just using the outer portion of the pluck foam insert. Create an opening that this insert will fit into and you have a double padded lens case. The inside of the inert is easily adjusted using the Velcro dividers and I can get six larger lenses or eight smaller lenses or combination there of. It is a lot cheaper to do it this way than to order a full set of padded inserts for the hard case which usually run around $75-$80. The price for the insert is well worth it.

WELL MADE & STURDY; WON'T LET YOUR LENS GET DIRTY.
Bought one. Liked it so much I bought another. If only I had more lenses, I could get a third! Better than using a backpack unless you will be walking far because you don't have to do that weird dance to get it on and off in order to get your stuff out and put away.

Great bag if you own multiple lenses!
Fantastic storage! I'm new to photography and I've gotten a few lens for my Canon T7 camera. This for some reason was one of the only bags on Amazon that I could find that offers multiple storage areas for lenses. The dividers are great too. I was able to create multiple sections for my lenses, so each of them have their own spot. The top zipper for the little storage area on mine is pretty bad though. It keeps getting snagged when opening and closing. But that isn't enough for me to drop the stars!

Good for light storage but not enough padding
Overall build quality is solid with strong and smooth zippers. However, the outer padding is on the thin side and I wouldn’t feel too confident with frequent medium force exerted on the outside. Inside there’s a lot or dividers and those are padded well enough. The inside flap has a zippered section where you can store some thinner items. A nice little feature is a little cover for the zipper when it’s closed to protect it from rubbing against your equipment inside. The strap is rather short but the way it’s designed you can also carry it vertically like a normal shoulder bag instead of flat like shown in the photos. However you need to make sure the strap is nice and tight or it has a tendency to fall back to its normal horizontal position. If you just need it for simple storage at home like I planned to use it, it’s a good enough value. However if you plan to take it out for travel and have it endure some bumps, I would say you need to add some extra padding for peace of mind.
