Hoosier Hill Farm White Cheddar Cheese Powder, 2LB (Pack of 1)

I bought this hoping I could use it to make white cheddar popcorn and it was the exact flavor. I popped the corn, poured melted butter on it, shook the container, and then added the cheddar, shaking the container again. Perfection!

It tastes better than the yellow cheddar one in my opinion. This one tastes tangy kind of like ranch but with a hint of vinegar and saltier, good thing I love vinegar lol so yummy 😩 this is gonna make eating keto much easier although it does taste good even with rice lol now that I know this exists I’m never using Parmesan cheese ever again which is bland compared to this

I use to occasionally make my own Mac and cheese to avoid all the additives and preservatives in box brands. Great taste, better than box....Google recipes that suit your tastes. I make a large mason jar up which lasts a long time.

It is good and tastes like cheddar cheese. However I think it is salty, I would not add any salt to any recipe you use this in. I made homemade macaroni and cheese with it. 3 cups dried pasta prepared per package. 1c milk, 3TBSP butter warmed so butter melts. Add 9 TBSP powder and whisk together. Mix 1TBSP Corn Starch with 1TBSP milk and add to mix. Once thickened add to drained pasta and serve.

The fact that this is not only an amazing product, but ALSO available with no added colors, is INSANE. I am allergic to most foods, but I specifically cannot have ANY grains so something like macaroni and cheese I just accepted I would have to live without... but NOT ANYMORE. This Hoosier Hill White Cheddar Cheese plus the Veggie Craft noodles... LIFE ALTERING. THANK YOU SO MUCH for this amazing product. I hope its available literally forever. ***I didnt even do the full instructions. I just treated it like one of those 3 minute macaroni cups.. boiled my noodles for 8 minutes, left a little bit of the starchy water, and just gradually added in the cheese, stirring it in gradually as you pour like when youre adding flour to a cookie recipe. Not much of a taste. You need to use a lot of it much more than the the directions say.

My family was already a big fan of the yellow cheddar cheese by Hoosier Hill Farm (our kids woun't eat pasta without it!), this white cheddar is a nice compliment to the yellow cheddar since it's a softer & more subtle taste, a nice change and option to have when seasoning popcorn, salads, pasta ... Looooove it!

Always great on popcorn. You have to coat the popcorn with a little butter first so cheese powder will stick. Thought I would try homemade white mac and cheese. Wasn't sure how this would turn out BUT boy was I surprised. Just followed the Hoosier Farm recipe for White Cheddar Mac & Cheese. It was delicious and so fast and easy to make. A new favourite.

It's an okay product but the cost is ridiculous for what you actually get I'll be looking elsewhere
