Great, easy to use product
This is an easy-to-use product to protect book dust jackets from UV and other damage. If you care about your books, this is worth every penny. It was my first time working with this product and i didn't realize that i could use larger sleeves for smaller books instead of buying multiple sizes.

Not as “adjustable” as claimed!
This item was not quite what I was expecting. Previously, I have ordered large rolls of the “standard” Brodart “Just a fold” book covers, which can easily be folded to fit any book height. These ones were something new: they came in 3 sizes, which fitted three particular sizes (heights) of books. They can be “adjusted” (so the blurb says) to fit other intermediate sizes of books ( in theory), but in practice this is not so. So, unless you wish to cover only books of the three fixed sizes, I would avoid this particular product. An expensive mistake. (I have since sourced the “original” Brodart “Just a fold” book covers, which, as I say, fit any size of book). ( note: these “original” book covers come in a variety of sizes, so you can buy a range to suit smaller books (eg approx 6-8” tall) or oversize books (eg 14” plus tall).

it seems to be very good quality. Just Like/Very Similar to what you have ...
I JUST got this "stuff". I used all of it, and i have no idea how long it will last, but.......it seems to be very good quality. Just Like/Very Similar to what you have seen on library books for many many years. It is fairly easy to apply. I used a straight edge and a pair of scissors. If the material is too wide, you simply "cheat" the dust jacket down to the bottom edge, and then fold over the top edge to fit the book. This is the first time i have ever dome this. Once you do the first 1-2, you get the hang of it and the other books go pretty fast.. My wife has every Steven King book in a first edition. I am in process of covering all those for her. I have A BUNCH of coffee table books. Big Books with lots of pictures: Trains Photography Rock & Roll Hollywood This stuff WORKS GREAT and is a Good Idea for protecting books like that :-)

Looks Professional
Love it! Even my torn dust jackets sit neatly & secure, they look really nice too. Went to YouTube for ideas on how to size since directions weren't included beyond insert the dust cover face down. A bone folder made life easier for flattening sized folds, as well as flattening curled & folded tears before & after inserting.

Good quality book covers.
I love covering my hardcovers with this. Protects them from little hands that want to explore my library and aren't necessarily careful. A little expensive to protect books but I want to keep my library long-term... so its an investment or so i tell myself. XD
