For a smooth and silky look - literally all day long
My hair looks and feels amazing after using this product. It even stayed smooth and silky all day long (and I'm writing this I during summertime in Atlanta). I usually try to wear my hair down, but as the work day goes on I usually have to pull my hair back in a ponytail by the end of the work day. I am happy to say that with hair straightener I wore my hair down all day and it still looked great by the evening. I mean 9:00 pm (more than 12 hours after using it) and my hair looked great. Through the sweat, humidity, and car rides with the windows down - and it my hair looked like I has just left the salon. Wow! Im very impressed!

It snapped, exposed its wires & burnt me.....
welp, it was nice for a month or so until one day while I was straightening my hair it snapped, exposed its wires & burnt me! I'm investing a few more dollars in a better made product. & for those who will probably ask, I was just smoothing already straightened hair, nothing heavy duty. Every time I give an electronic made in China a chance I regret it :(

Maladvertised in pictures. Shows American Plug and I received an European one.
The pictures for this product has an American plug. I received a European plug. The screen that I assume is for the heating temperature has a large mark on it. And the product overall is not usable for me since I don't have European plugs or an adapter. I will need to return this. And I'm not happy of the false pictures shown. It completely miss informed me.

I haven't ever used a super fancy straightener so I my point of comparision might be different than some peoples', but I love this straightener. No complaints.

Err code
Turned it on and the Err code came on. Tried holding down the button, tried a diff plug. Checked the plates, everything was fine. We are returning it to the seller. But I have seen other great reviews on it.

Love it!
Works amazing! I used a friends and it worked better than my $100 flat iron :) Just got this one and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! It would make a great gift also if you know someone who needs one for Christmas.
