If you are looking for an electrolyte that is lower in sodium, this is for you. I love this brand and this flavor is so good. I add it to my super green drink mix. It helps me get added magnesium which helps my muscles. It blends very easy in my green drink without clumps so dissolves well. I find it works great

My go-to electrolyte mix! I love that it’s sugar-feee, good ingredients. I appreciate the compatibility— easily fits in my bag when I need to take a packet on the go. I add to water or a smoothie and the taste is great. Also, compared to other electrolytes, this is a much better price while still keeping the value.

Tastes amazing and does help hydrate you. I have a medical condition and related medication required to take for it and it dehydrates the F out of me. My neurologist told me to get an electrolyte and specifically said this brand was great and he even takes it himself. I agree. It tastes great and not super chemical and fake. It mixes well and digests well without upsetting my stomach. It’s good quality without tons of filler junk and sugar inside. I don’t know about energy level so I can’t say - I have medically low energy level so it doesn’t necessarily help me there but it might help normal other people without a condition. I really like this product. I got my mom on this product after she tried many other high sugar ones in the store with tons of filler. She is obsessed with this brand now too. We both highly recommend this brand. Truly very good.

it serves the purpose, taste pretty good, and no sugars.

Tastes good, rehydrates perfectly and does not have that salty taste that other hydration drinks do.

it mixes well, it doesn't make the drink gritty or anything and is still nice and smooth; the one downside i can note so far is that the flavor is INCREDIBLY strong - i highly recommend using half-dosage to have a nicer, more balanced flavor

I have ordered this twice, and it’s my favorite flavor of all the ultima flavors. It’s not too much of either raspberry or blueberry flavor. I like the idea of pulling out a packet on the go, and pouring it in my Stanley before I go to hot yoga or bootcamp. I feel the ingredients are clean and in my opinion better than many other electrolyte flavored drinks.

My favorite Ultima flavor and I have tried almost all the flavors! It’s hydrating and tastes amazing while being a great source of electrolytes. Ultima was extremely helpful during my IVF treatment where I needed to keep electrolytes consistently in my body. This product helped me do just that.
