Arrived fast and well packaged. Flavor is refreshing with a nice balance of watermelon and salt—not too sweet. Mixes easily in water with no clumps. Works great for hydration during workouts and throughout the day. Quality feels premium and consistent. Only note: taste might be a bit salty for some.

I love the flavor of these electrolytes. The watermelon flavor is my absolute favorite! Nice and handy in single serving packets. Easy to slip a pacjet in a pocket to use while out and about. They are very effective. I do enjoy the convenience and the flavor. Only thing that I do not like is that it has fake sweetener in it and I personally try to avoid fake sweeteners. However, if you can use these sweeteners these handy little electrolyte packets are perfect. Great price as well.

I love this product but you gotta understand what it is you are using. It can be a bit of a shock at first. It’s quite salty. So I just use it sparingly in my water. I like the taste. I do believe it’s healthier than plain water especially if you know you are dehydrated Easy to use and to me, tasty.

I absolutely love these electrolyte packets from LMNT! I’m currently breastfeeding and drink water all day long, but I still felt like I was constantly thirsty and never truly hydrated. Once I started adding these in, it made such a huge difference. Now, whenever I drink one, I actually feel hydrated and energized instead of still feeling depleted. It’s been a total game changer for me during this stage. The flavors are great, not overly sweet, and they mix really easily in water. I also appreciate the quality of the ingredients compared to other electrolyte drinks. If you’re breastfeeding or just someone who struggles to stay hydrated even when drinking a lot of water, I highly recommend giving these a try!

Super salty, but it works so well I honestly don't care. Function over flavor for the win!

LMNT is a very good product for rehydration. Pricey but has essential elements. Easy to use and good flavor. I’m 60+ male and use after picklball and gym workouts to help with night leg cramps. I’m concerned over 1000mg NA per packet so I usually take 1/2 dose per day when using. Fill a 160z bottle and drink 1/2.

LMNT is a great way to get your electrolytes without sugar. While I like several of the LMNT products, the Watermelon Salt is a familiar flavor, given I like salt on my watermelon. If you've never used an electrolyte, I highly recommend using this in a large container of water, as it is very salty if dispensed in a smaller container. Great product and company.

I first tried LMNT after someone at the gym gave me a sample, and I was instantly hooked. I’ve now tried multiple flavors, and watermelon is hands-down my favorite. I use this for every workout, and it genuinely makes a difference — I feel more energized, refreshed, and overall just better during and after training. What really sets this apart, though, is the taste. It’s so clean and refreshing without being overly sweet, sugary, or having that artificial “chemical” flavor that so many electrolyte drinks have. I’ve tried other brands before, including Liquid I.V., and I could never get past the aftertaste — it always lingered in a way I didn’t enjoy. With LMNT, there’s none of that. Just crisp, great flavor that actually makes you want to drink it. At this point, I don’t work out without it. This is easily my favorite electrolyte product I’ve ever tried. 10/10 — highly recommend!

Unhappy with the product... it said to be sugar free but has artificial sweeteners, Stevie. Hate it, hate taking Stevia. Would like to return it. And received with damaged packing.

Box was damaged. The salt was moist and the taste is not the original one but very bad. Seems like it was not stored properly. Do not recommend at all.
