Decent tool for the price, required slight modification.
Tool works as it should after modification. As it comes the plate does not fit inside the anti-pollishing ring Cummins uses now. After taking off a few thousands as seen in the picture it fits and works like it should. Welds holding the cross bar to the tubes don't look the best but if they would break it's a real easy fix.

Poor craftsmanship
Item was to fit Cummins isx15, dual cam, cylinder liner and anti-scuff ring. Diameter of press plate binds in anti-scuff ring causing wasted time to work with tool. Also the clamping tool failed on the 4th cylinder of six, when the mounting tube broke free from the top bar.
