This training kit has everything I need to workout. As a college athlete, high quality equipment is very important to me and this kit is full of durable and strong equipment. Most of the kits that I have purchased in the past have not included things that this kit does. Great Agility Package
Very impressed with the quality & delivery time (actually came 1 day early). I recently started coaching a women’s hockey dryland class & the equipment here will allow me to have more variety of exercises. Highly recommend!
