Not the cheapest, but worth the money
Got this battery tester for my personal vehicle and working on fleet cars, easy to use and useful (especially the printer so I can keep track of tests of multiple vehicles). Seems quite accurate, already used it to identify my car's battery was on the way out and replaced it before the cold weather started and it caused various issues (before it gets to the stage the car even fails to start, the ECU will log error codes and other strange things can happen). Its not the cheapest but well made and like a lot of Topdon stuff is decent value for money

repair saver
this product is great if you work on vehicles u no how a good battery is vital to modern day cars functioning i tried a few different repair centres who where telling me my wifes car had injector problems or a slow fuel pump or there wasnt enought pressure from the fuel pump ,but haveing had a start issue with another car that was fixed by a mechanic who had a good battery tester it was the battery though slowly cranking over i wouldnt of thought it was a battery fault he had a similar earlier tester ran it on the battery and a new battery was advised i had it replaced and it starts first time very quickly. i saved hundreds with this battery tester with my daughters car a great price a good piece of equipment for the mechanics tool kit thank you regards gary

Works greats and very user friendly. We use this daily for cars, vans, lorries as a mobile repairer. Only limitation is that the battery test receipt cannot be customised to include vehicle registration, date or business name .

Works as it should!
Easy to use. Tried on several different batteries so far from lead acid to agm batteries! Some of the batteries I know were worn out this tester accurately tested which was which. So to sum up…. It works as it should and benefits from the ability to print out results! A win for me

Does what it should!
Was in 2 minds as whether or not to spend this much on a device but I'm glad I did. 3 cars, 2 lead acid and 1 AGM and I've been able to test all 3 in prep for the colder (or not) winter months. The Bosch pictured is a brand new battery. It's been charged with a CTEK 7.0 MXS battery charger until full and while the voltage is showing what it should (12.8+volts) the capacity on a 780a batter is currently showing just over 500a. The ability to test the battery and produce a printed report for battery test, cranking test and charging test is massively helpful, especially when trying to go down the warranty route for receiving what looks like a duff new battery. Great product.

super easy and clear to use. Gives you a fast reading of the state of the battery and internal resistance.

Note: This is NOT a carbon pile tester of old but a great tool to perform a quick check. And it is also much lighter, convenient and more compact than Ol Smokey. I found this works best when directly connected to the battery vs the "access nipples" under the hood on my 2024 Audi A5 when testing for load. My battery in is in the trunk under the spare tire. When tested from the access points, the battery tested low but when directly connected, showed up a more believable 55% on the OEM battery. (Note I live in Florida and the heat takes a toll, so I have "learned" to test periodically.) On my bride's Ford Escape, you have to hold your tongue right to get good connections as the battery is under the cowl and I didn't feel like removing the hold downs to pry it out to get a better hands free connection but on that car, it showed a 80% on a 2 yr old Interstate ostensibly made for the hot climate. The other test functions are viable with the most interesting to me the ac ripple test (anyone who owned a 7th gen maxima can appreciate that early warning as those OEM alternators failed regularly every 100,000 to 150,000 miles with High Ripple (don't know if that issue still exists with their diode packs of today but it ran very hot under the hood and those diodes were NOT mil-spec!! :) ) I also appreciated the "dumb guy" indicators when you didn't ensure a good connection. Really helped with those "DOH!" moments. The voltage reading was spot on when compared to my fluke and old Simpson 260b. Nice Job.

Love this simple little tester! Bought it due to a recommendation from a YouTube mechanic I follow. It was on discount, I paid about $55 or so for it. Really love the detailed results I get from it. I have many recreational vehicles and power products, so I have a lot of batteries to keep up. This tester gives me an instant snapshot of the state of each battery & helps me avoid failure at inopportune times. Love it! Buy yourself one - you won't regret it!
