Tried several different pillows, none helped my neck and head relax properly until my sister recommended this one. It may vary for each user’s neck and head structure, but it’s just the right firmness and support for me. Been using the same one for 3 years now, still serves me well, such a solid pillow. Love the fact that you can switch sides depending on whether you are a side sleeper or back sleeper too.

We waited to write a review for this pillow, because we wanted to make sure it would hold up over time and would continue to be a great pillow. We have now had this pillow for 10 months and from the very start, it was a great pillow! There was not "getting used to it" time. It was great from the first night. It remains a great pillow to this day. Before this pillow, my wife was getting neck pain (including torticollis twice) from stress and poor neck support from her regular pillow and we searched for a while for the right pillow, reading lots of articles and reviews online and getting advice from her chiropractor. We finally chose this one for her and she loves it. Not only is her neck pain completely gone, but her snoring is reduced. It's so comfortable, and she enjoys being pain free with it, that she brings it with her even when travelling. The pillow case is attractive, high quality, and easy to wash (she hangs it to dry). She puts a regular pillow case over the pillow case it comes with, for extra protection of the pillow, and doesn't mind that it doesn't look perfect inside a regular pillow case. It looks fine and the main thing is that the pillow is so comfortable that she wouldn't sleep a night without it. She is 5'5", and average size, and she took the extra insert out from inside to make the pillow comfortable in height for her head and neck. The arm resting area is even great. She likes sleeping on her side on this pillow and on her pack. It's comfortable all around. She loves this pillow and hopes the manufacturer will make it for a long time in case anything happens to hers. This was a great investment and has saved her 10 months of neck pain so far. She loves this pillow.

Review update: Upon further inspection of the pillow, I noticed a material description discrepancy between what’s advertised and what’s in the actual tag. The pictures show the tags indicating a 100% Polyester cover, while in the Amazon product page, it indicates a blend of polyester and bamboo rayon. I should have checked this way earlier when I first received it. I’m now only starting to pay attention to label consistency. If the cover is really 100% Polyester, please match the description in the Amazon page. Other than that, it’s still a comfortable pillow. —————————- Materials: I appreciate the Certi-pur certification of the memory foam, as well as the use of organic bamboo fabric encasement. It feels smooth and soft, and don’t feel any splinter. Hardly any off-gasing when opened at all which is very convenient and readily comfortable to sleep on. Comfort: As a first time user of a cervical pillow like this one, and having used it for a few weeks now, it feels strange at the neck portion (using the longer, curved end) while lying on my back, BUT every time I wake up in the morning in the same position, my neck doesn’t feel any pain. As for its proportions, laying on the pillow, I somehow suspect it’s not quite short enough for my neck, resulting to the back of my head not quite reaching the center of the concave portion of the pillow. If it could come in various sizes at the neck portion, I think would be helpful. Having said that, I still feel that my head is still being cradled without having to shape it like how I would a regular pillow. In addition, the removable foam at the bottom of the pillow (which I have removed) is a considerate adjustment setting provided one’s comfort preferences. Overall: I’m happy with the purchase as it provides me and my husband a pain-free sleep. Many thanks!

My husband got me this pillow almost 2 years ago and I didn't want it because it was more than what I wanted to spend not knowing if it was going to work or not. When it came I took it out of the box and thought I will end up returning it. I laid down and it was AMAZING!! It felt like I was laying on a cloud. The only thing I didnt like at first was that I was so used to my old pillows being higher up that it took a week or so to adapt. I have many cervical issues- I have herniated disc, bulging disc, arthritis, bone spurs ALL in my neck! I also have degenerative disc disease! I suffered from excruciating headaches daily!!!! Every morning I would wake up with one and NOTHING I took for it made it go away! I saw a chiropractor <I used to frown upon them... but it was a last hope thing> he would adjust me and then that evening my headache would go away. I would have to see him a couple of times a month. Anyway, after getting this pillow I NO LONGER HAVE HEADACHES OR SEE THE CHIROPRACTOR!!! I also hardly leave reviews because I don't want to take the time to do it. THIS PILLOW HAS BEEN A HUGE GAME CHANGER FOR ME! Im also leaving this review for those who are unsure like I was about getting one. I wanted to buy my husband one but I wanted to see how long this pillow would last. I've had mine 2 years and it's EXACTLY the same as the day my husband bought it! I use a pillow case over the case it comes with. This review is for the one I bought my husband. He loves his! Also 2 of my clients bought one after I told them about it and they love theirs! I'm now going to buy one for my Father in law for Christmas this year! I honestly never thought I would be this excited over a pillow but it has worked wonders for me and I hope it does for you too! I have ZERO complaints about the ZAMAT COMPANY OR THEIR PILLOW!!! AMAZING JOB!!!! It was worth every penny! If you purchase one be patient!!! It's not going to miraculously heal you over night! Remember before this pillow all your other ones were crappy that you slept on for years so it will take a bit for your neck to adjust.

I decided to buy this pillow after reading the reviews and having constant neck pain waking up. This is the only one I saw that you could add or take out some of the foam for increased or decreased height. (You can request more foam, but i doubt you'll need it). For me this was important because the engineer in me had to measure the height of a standard pillow vs this and wow there is a big difference, I thought it would be too tall to start. (A bit about me: I'm 6' tall, 220 lb male with a big head. I sleep on an adjustable bed with the head elevated to help counter my acid reflux. Typically I lay on my side before rolling over and falling asleep on my back.) Trying to lay on my side with this pillow doesn't really work for me, and the sides of the pillow aren't really necessary in my opinion. I'd absolutely say this pillow is for back sleepers only, I've tried the last week since i got it starting on my side and it just doesnt work for me. This pillow is taking a little getting used to because it doesnt spread like a normal pillow... but its a good thing because it actually has support for your neck. It fits my big head like a baseball glove, it doesnt allow for you to roll around a lot which is new for me but so is waking up without a ton of pain in my neck. I also seem to be falling asleep faster but i'm not sure if that is related to the pillow as of yet. No funky smell like some other pillow reviews had, comes in a washable slip cover. I just put my king size pillow case over it, but i'd bet a standard size would work too. I highly reccomend this pillow!

I was prepared to be disapointed. Supposed, "neck" pillows never seem shaped to actually support the neck. I thought the shape of the cervical pullows looked appropriate but I was concerned it wouldnt be adequate. It is better than I expectes but not perfect. I do actually feel support under my neck, which is better than anything else I have tried. I just wish it were more. It needs to push my neck up more or let my head sink down more to line things up as they should be. I think if I had a smaller head, it would be correct. Alas, I have a huge head. Cant buy one-sized hats or anything like that. I love the sort of wing-things on the sides. I didnt even know I needed those until I tried it. It is great for lting on my side. Plus, it gives me a save place to put my hand. I have RA. It really hurts to sleep on my hand, but I inevitably do it anyway. This pillow stopped me. I would rate the pillow as, "semi firm." I thinknits about right except the neck area. My biggest disapointment is that the advertisement lies. It says this pillow comes with an adjustable piece to make it thinner or thicker. It does not. I absolutely hate false advertising. I am tempted to return it just on those grounds. If an advertisement needs to be misleading, the product doesnt deserve success. There is no excuse. None. I read reviews before I purchased. One mentioned this, but I hoped it was a mistake. That review said they had to call ro get the extra piece. Nope. That isnt ok. If thats part of it, it should say so in the add. I will have to think about whether my irritation is worth the trouble of returning it. Its really too bad. If it did havean extra panel, it might fit my big head better.

This pillow has been great. I had been waking up with neck pain and tension headaches for a couple week. This has taked some getting used to, but I'm waking up with less headaches and pain.

I love this pillow - I've only had it for a couple of days, so things might change over time, who knows, but so far I'm definitely noticing myself staying asleep for longer/getting deeper sleep than I was before. I was really worried at first, since I couldn't quite figure out how to get comfortable on it, but removing the insert did actually make a very noticeable difference, even though it's not very thick and it's on the underside of the pillow. I'm normally a side sleeper, but this also made it a lot easier for me to sleep on my back, which is great since I'm supposed to have surgery soon and I anticipate this being really helpful for that. On average, I wake up in a lot less pain than I used to - it's not completely gone, or anything, but 1) I haven't even been using it for a full week yet, and 2) I've got more than just bad sleeping posture causing my issues, haha. This definitely does help, though, so I'd recommend it for sure.

In one day sleeping with this pillow my neck pain got relief and now it’s gone 🙌🏻

After a few days use, got up every morning without usual neck stiffness. Seems to help support head and neck for better sleep.

My husband is 37 & has the worst neck pain always. Many times he wakes up stiff unable 2 move his neck from the pain. Bought many pillows b4 I landed on this 1. I think he loves it more than I. But I'm glad his neck is ok.

Smaller than expected, expensive.. caused tension my neck and shoulders. Had to change it.
