These pads are great. I have a huge penis and precum "buckets" just standing in bars. They handle the urine and all other fluids as well as keep my penis from being so obviously engorged.

I have used this product for over 15 years and yes I tried other brands. however Prevail is by far the superior product. No leaks, super absorbent and is comfortable to use.
