Great packaging, included gloves!
Itโs a UV light for my water that gets replaced once per year - so the biggest need is for it to arrive in one piece, on time. Especially since the yearly alarm is right under my bedroom! It was packed great in a solid tube, and then paper in a larger box (assuming by Amazon in the box with paper). The best part was that when opening the tube up there were plastic gloves tucked in one end! Not sure if this is common practice and Iโve missed it in past years, but itโs a great addition knowing I shouldnโt touch the bulb with bare hands. Assuming itโs functioning - system reset fine after install and no more alarms. Maybe Iโll remember next year to move the power box so the bulb is easier to slide out!

First one didn't fit, but they were quick with a replacement that did.
This did not fit my sterilight model S8Q-PA. The end pieces are at least a millimeter too wide for the fixture. Update: after contact with the seller, I provided measurements of the bulb I had that fit, and the one that was shipped to me for this order. Measuring the diameter of the plug end, the difference was about 0.025 inches, which was just enough for the bulb to not fit all the way in the housing. I suspect this was just a manufacturing error. The bulb itself is the correct length and spec. otherwise. The seller was very attentive and sent me a replacement bulb that had the correct measurements. Updating my rating to 5 stars for excellent communication and attentiveness.

Only lasted 2 weeks
Both bulbs only lasted 2 weeks before dropping below 50% and setting off the alarm. Missed the return deadline by 1 day. Don't waste your money.

Works and fits well. I did have to return and reorder this bulb as the first one came in broken due to a dent in the box. Easy return/reorder.
