Good for you Beets
Tastes like beets, which I love. Read that some didn't like the taste. If you don't like beets, you probably won't like the taste. It dissolves fairly easily in cool water. I stir really well and it's perfectly fine. I am noticing that my blood pressure is lower, good job there and my inflammation is 'way less. (I have back problems and arthritis) so it helps a lot. I'd recommend this very highly. I also like that it's all natural and no extras in the mix.

I use this product and it will not wind up in the trash!
I like this product much better than the ‘other beet root brand chews and mixes.’ This product easily mixes and dissolves fastin water and juices. It tastes like beets without any added artificial tasting sweeteners, (stevia included). Tastes great with a dash of ACV and apple juice. There are no stomach issues or side effects. This product functions well in my morning routine and because it tastes good and is versatile it is a great value for the money.

If beet flavor is what you're after
Strong beet taste effective so far. Took one star off because the resealer doesn't work. The zipper to reseal the bag doesn't work so I'll have to find another container to store it.

It's pure, no fillers
I'm a medical assistant and human microbiology nerd, and I read a detailed article about beet root supplying notable amounts of nitrous oxide in the blood. This increases blood flow, gas exchange, mitochondrial biogenesis/efficiency, and strengthening of muscle contraction. Those with cardiac eurythmia would want this strengthening of muscle contraction, and those who have become incontinent would also see some degree of improvement in the pelvic floor.Google an article named "Preventing and Reversing Disease by Generating Nitrous Oxide" The evidence is not circumstantial nor is it subjective to other biological factors ... The more nitrous oxide in the blood, the more fortified your immune system will be (and almost all diseases can be followed back to abnormal immune pathologies and/or nutritional deficiencies that impact hormone synthesis).Your T-cells are so important for keeping a specific balance and in doing so, prevent a staggering list of diseases, many of which are chronic/degenerative.Nitrous oxide sets in motion a series of events that result in immune balance, because the friendly bacteria made in the gut from beet root (or most dark leafy greens, but to a significantly less degree) are messengers to all other bacteria specific to different parts of your body. This encourages a harmony of bacterial awareness that keep the right bacteria in the right place, especially considering the huge percentage of the immune system located in the intestines. You can think of this similarly in the way that mycelium (fungus) in the soil, broadcasts a network of information that provides every plant, miles away, a biological/environmental schematic allowing them to prepare for oppositional and opportunistic events. Bacteria that colonizes an area of the body that it's not evolved to work with, will cause all kinds of problems over a period of years.Additionally, mitochondrial biogenesis is a major factor in health. Even if you lived a rough n' tumble life and are being unhealthy constantly, if your mitochondria is flourishing, you stand a good chance of escaping the health consequences your behavior would normally manifest. Beet root reminds me of black seed oil, in that it's benefits are stunning compared to most other homeopathic food and supplements. A few months ago, my broke-self had to take out a loan to order more black seed oil, that's how important it is in my life, and beet root is right there alongside it in terms of importance. The product is good quality; tastes very fresh and has a rich color. I would recommend this in a smoothie, orange juice, ect because the serving size is a little more than you may want to dump in your mouth and try not to choke. I love the flavor, so I add it to all kinds of things...I put 3 servings in my from-scratch spaghetti sauce for myself, and 2 other people who hate healthy stuff like powdered super foods, fermented foods, smoothies, ect, and they had no idea I was pumping their poor, inflamed, insulin-resistant bodies full of nitrous oxide. Muahahaha! 👹

I play a few sports like golf, tennis
I have heard so much about beets lately. I'm 51 years old and do not stay as strong and as focused as I did in the past.I play a few sports like golf, tennis, and, disc golf and I'd like to stay in the game a little longer. I first tried canned beets. I just ate a 1/3 can right out of the can. I really believe the first time I went out a few hours later to play, that I did maintain my competitive edge a little longer.I saw this product on Amazon and thought it would be easier to put one tablespoon in a drink or smoothie than it would be to eat canned beats. I received the product which came in a sturdy zip locked bag. (I stored it inside of a freezer bag just to be safe as well. As you know, beet juice or powder can cause quite a mess and quickly)I put a tablespoon in a glass of juice and gave it a try. WOW did it thicken the drink. It definitely changed the consistency of the juice. The next day I tried it in some strawberry yogurt, added milk, and blended it. It thickened the whole concoction, unfortunately too much for my taste. It is a very concentrated powder. So, in my opinion, this is probably the real deal, nutrient-wise. I cannot attest to it's health benefits as I did not try it long enough. (I felt no short term results) It just did not make consuming beets any easier or more tasty for me. I think it tasted more "beety" then the real thing.Today, I put 1/3 can of beets (Only $0.60 a can), a banana, some raw spinach leaves, some generic strawberry yogurt, and some milk in a blender. It made a full glass and was really pretty tasty with only a minimal beet taste. This will be the route I go with going forward.
