I don’t EVER write review but I owe it to this company!! I bought this toy in March for my daughter’s birthday in June. It worked great and she absolutely loved it. She plugged it in for the first time and the female plug insert broke inside making it impossible to charge. She was DEVASTATED and I was a WORRIED mom who knew this toy was past its 30 day refund period on Amazon. I reached out to the company who made this product and they were so good to work with. They sent videos to help teach me how to fix it but it was a no go. The piece inside was actually broken. So I ordered a new one on Amazon and they said that they would refund me the money after I received it. Not sure they really would refund the money I hesitantly ordered it anyway. It didn’t even take a full day for the refund to go through. In my opinion they are a trustworthy company doing the right thing for their customers. They could have easily turned their nose up at me because I was past the 30 day refund period but they didn’t. That says a lot to me. The new toy I ordered works perfect and the charge insert seems to be more durable.

I was frankly disappointed in this item. I felt the instructions were not as clear as they could be and I was never able to get it to simply go forward.With respect to the instructions it shows a battery compartment that slides open & takes double A batteries BUT IT HAS RECHARGEABLE LITHIUM BATTERIES. There's also no reference to how to charge it, but I knew to simply plug the cable into a USB 5v charger & wait for the red charging light to go out. It is a cute unit that some kids may enjoy a lot.

We bought this for our seven-year-old granddaughter for Christmas. She saw a picture of it on the computer screen as I was reviewing other products. She had to tell me how much she loved it, and she went on and on about all of the tricks it can do. We haven't seen this since she took it home after Christmas, but if she is still excited about it two months later, I call that a win! Five stars.
