Yes it does come with the coil spring and the whole piece works great on my ES-335 guitar . Improve sound and play when playing guitar slow rock /blues instrumental solos.Hope this helps?

Will this fit a humbucker Tele on bridge

No this is for arch top guitars like a les Paul or Es335. You would need a b5
