Seems solid. Well made and sturdy. GPS seems to work well as well as the recording. I like the feel of the product; very solid. The only thing I have to say where it could be improved is the cable length. It was a bit too short, not enough to plug it into the power outlet when put the cable around the windshield. Fortunately I have an extension cord so I was able to make it work.This is my review after a few months of usage and a replacement. It started giving me "memory card too slow" warning. I was using a 128 gb SanDisk class 10 card. At the suggestion from the customer service I replaced it with Samsung 32 gb card that came with the product but got the same result. They sent me a new one but got the same result with 128gb. I replaced it with 16gb card it has been ok. I guess it cannot handle bigger capacity memory card. Part of the reason for dash cam for me is to record stuff while on the road and is why I needed a bigger capacity memory card. Otherwise it would just overwrite it. Otherwise it is a good product.This company has impressive customer service. They sent me a tested replacement camera that can take 128gb memory card without my asking. Just put it on. Will see how it works. Whatever happens I hope this company does well with this kind of customer service. Obviously they stand by their product and it's rare nowadays. Will update my review in a few day.I strongly recommend this product and the company. Juno, who has been relentlessly helping me with my initial issue stated above, proved me wrong about this camera not able to handle 128gb. He sent me one that he tested to be working and now it is working perfectly. This company goes far beyond customer satisfaction. They stand behind their product and now I know why. Thank you, Juno, and everyone at the company. I hope this company will prosper as they certainly deserve it. I upgraded my stars to 5. Will buy more in the near future as Christmas is just around the corner and this will make great gifts.

I've had this for several months and would not buy again. 1) Item does not work in moderate cold weather - by moderate cold I mean under 40F. I did not find this out until winter. It has a sharp, irritating, sound when it starts up - every time you start the car, it shrieks at you. But in cold weather is will not turn on, it shrieks over and over as it tries to start. You cannot turn this process off - you have to stop that car and unplug the unit. 2) Image quality is mediocre. This is my first car cam so perhaps I don't know what I am talking about but I am using the standard "HD" setting and I would not be able to read the license plate of a car in front of me. But my main #1 issue is that this unit cannot work under 40F.Update 6 months later, unit is dead. I would NOT recommend buying this product.

Ran great from September, 2016 up until about a week ago (1 year, 3 months). Last year I was able to park in a heated garage, but this year the camera has been exposed to a variety of temperatures.Over the last month, we started having temperatures in the 20's at which point the camera power cycled each startup for about 5 minutes until it powered on and operated normally.in the recent week, we have had temperatures in the single digits at which point the camera will not even try to power on.Now when I bring the camera inside with me (to keep it warm), it will not power on as the batter is shot.3 stars because it got me over a year without a problem. You must bring this camera inside for cooler temperatures. It will not operate in the 20's or lower without constant heat on it.If the company exchanges this for a new one then I would be happier to be more generous with the review, but as I see it, the operating temperature is supposed to be arounf -4 F and that is very untrue.

Works great for me. I have tried several other Dash Cams and this one is the best I have tried. Price was also good.The built in GPS appears to lock on to satellites with little delay. Video quality is very good.The map tracking that comes with the unit works well. During payback the unit shows the camera location and tracks along with the video recording. Very useful for reviewing the video after a long trip. Never had a collision so don't know how that feature works.Have not operated the camera in extreme conditions so never experienced the low temperature issues some have mentioned.Never had to contact customer support. Have recommended this Dash Cam to several of my friends.

Everything is OK and just as I wanted. Communication with the seller and their custom support is great. The quality of the device is good. Viewing angle maybe not 170 degrees as the product description but rather 165 degrees which is better to me, because 170 degrees angle may cause a very big fish eye distortion. Now it is perfect in my car and also on my motorbike. I prefer to use it on my motorbike (put it on with some tricks) because the quality is better than my previous devices. It runs on 5V and 400mA which is acceptable. The included video viewing program with GPS on Google maps also works nice.I am satisfied with this purchase. Now I can really enjoy my motorbike rides with good quality video and GPS tracking of where I will go.

I ordered it less than a year ago and within a few months, the camera stopped recognizing the MicroSD that came with it. After a few emails back and forth, the SD card was replaced on my dime. The camera recognized the new card no problem. Now, a few months later, yet again, it is not recognizing it. Both MicroSD cards work outside the camera, just not in the camera. I contacted Eborn. They said to send them the camera and they send me a replacement. It's been two weeks since they received my old camera and I have yet to get the new one or another email back from them. It's as though they disappeared off the face of the planet.
