it works and keeps working.
This has been a nice and, most importantly, stable board for my personal Proxmox setup. I like the IPMI/BMS, which I think is a must when doing any type of server / high-value workload. I have only had this for about 6 months, I think, but it has been running 24/7 with no issues. Even though it's my home lab, it has been great not having to think about uptime. The price is ok.

Not suitable for production use. OOB Managment interface dies, cant be reset, fan curves limited.
Very Disappointing. CPU socket rotated 90 degrees, required an expensive specialized cooling tower that allows you to change its orientation. The OOB management user interface was kinda of nice, while it lasted. Which it didn't last more than about two weeks. After that, overnight, it stopped working. No more heartbeat, or even a power indicator. No way to reset it (not user serviceable). When it died, all the fan curve settings became inaccessible! Even when it worked, fan curves are very limited - each temperature probe can only be monitored by a single item, severely limiting its flexibility and usefulness. It was returned. A potential expensive mistake avoided. Save yourself the trouble, just dont.

awesome board
just got this so can't say too much about performance etc. if you are looking for a DIY home or SMB server build with a Ryzen this is definitely a great board. ASRock Rack is a great brand and a great price. Go for RAM from the QVL to be safe and I'll populate all 4 slots with some ECC. I'll be using a 3800x since it is way cheaper than the 5000 series 8 core and for me personally I don't need every last bit of performance. won't be using the IPMI but love that it has this. again if you are shopping around for server grade boards that are compatible with Ryzen you won't find much right now, especially at this price point.

Best home user AM4 server board money can buy
This mobo is the best option for retiring your desktop AM4 CPU to server duty. Supports ECC memory and the X570 chipset supports full IOMMU device assignment to VMs. I have 2 GPUs, a dual 10GB nic and a 16 port HBA all running on this board via risers. Proxmox host with Truenas, windows, HA, and more guests. Only downside is RAM speed is reduced dramatically when you go from 2 sticks to 4 sticks of RAM.

Server Power
Lets cut to the chase. If you're looking at this you want a server, why else waste money on an ECC memory board. I can say now after 3 months of hard use as my TrueNas server board, its taken all I have thrown at it and then some. I haven't had an issue with any of the SATA connectors or anything else on the board so definitely an A+ rating from me.

The bios shipped with this mother board is not the same for all the boards mi was 2.01
The store has very little support features on this board seem great if i only got one that worked,

Everything you might need is in here
Bought this to have IOMMU groups for sure and mATX form-factor. Radeon to VM passthrough successful. Intel networking rocks. 2 x NVMe = cool. IPMI is cool feature as well. Small factor workstation.
