RBK22 Reflex Steering Stabilizer Mounting Bracket Kit Replacement for Roadmaster,Compatible with 1999-2018 Ford F53/F550 Based Motorhomes,for Coaches with V10 Engines

Even though this bracket and stabilizer I got are F53 chassis specific, they are not all exactly the same. This bracket can be mounted several different ways. I have posted a picture of the best way to mount it so it’s not below the axle beam. My axle had extra holes on the driver side that worked for this setup. But I did have to get shorter hardware. Besides the that, I’ve got few hundred miles with many being on terrible desert dirt roads. No issues at all

The instructions say to torque it to 30-foot pounds, but it stripped out at 20

This bracket was easy to install following the instructions provided.

Brackets were easy to install. All hardware included. However, the u-bolts were too weak and threads were stripped during torqueing to 30# per instructions. I Had to cut the old bolts out due to stripped threads and purchased new u-bolts.

This is not a true RBK22 manufactured by Roadmaster. It is an inferior aftermarket kit. ( Thats why it is half the cost) The supplied hardware cannot handle the necessary torque required to keep the mounting brackets in place and so the Steering stabilizer will move while steering causing serious safety issues. Beware.

The bracket was a good to fit the stabilizer but the hardware not the so good as u-bolts didn't have enough threads once tightened to specs witch jammed nuts and couldn't remove. Use more spacer washers!

Works good…keepps my 21 year old motorhome going down the road straight.

U bolt are cheap.Easy to stip the thread. Not enough thread on the nuts. Strip realy easy.
