These are my go to books for all my son's birthday friends gifts!! Whenever we are invited to a birthday for kids- the ultimate book series is are go-to gift. Every single parent and kid loves these books! So interactive, fun and educational.

Incredible book where each page has little flaps that open & show you the inner workings -like the whale’s ribs, etc. Several books with varying subjects to explore. Big brother (age 5) got one for his birthday. Luckily few months later can give little brother (age 3, but careful with his things) a book like this on a subject he likes! Best as a gift when child is motivated to take care of his book (& not just tear pages out!). Pages are of heavier paper/card-grade. Recommend

Although the book indicates that it is for 2 year olds and up, it is a bit sophisticated for a new 2 year old. Two year old children don't understand about bones, ligaments and muscles, all of which are capture in the book. However, my two year old grand-nephew enjoys looking at the pictures and naming the animals as well as moving the pieces to "open" up the animal's outside layer. I think it is a book that he'll have for many years. It is sturdy, with thick paper and colorful animals.

Buy these all the times as a gift to give with a card. They are so fun to explore, although the text can get pretty detailed on the subjects it’s nice to know the book can grow along with the child. As younger kids can enjoy flipping and pulling the different doors inside, as they get older they can start to appreciate and learn from all the interesting facts inside! Have bought 3 of these so far and always hear from parents how much their kids enjoyed!

This is a beautiful book and a lovely educational gift for a young child. It’s a lovely gift for a toddler and a slightly older child because toddlers can enjoy moving the pop ups whereas older children will love the animal facts. It’s a great quality book but the moving parts are quite fragile so supervision is required for a toddler in case they tear them.
