Good quality oil

This is a light oil recommended by my physio, has a slight pleasant fragrance that is not intrusive and doesn't leave a greasy residue on the skin.

lovely soothing oil
I had a bad fall and fractured my elbow. I was also bruised in many places. The arnica oil was recommended to me, and the first bottle was given to me by that person. I was so happy with the results that I bought a second bottle. After my X-ray, I was sent an appointment to see the soft skin specialist, who was happy for me to be using the massage oil and advised me to massage with it every day if possible.
