Perhaps the best purchase I ever made.
I'm a 125lb man who wears a 30/30 pant. Ten months ago I gave myself a hernia lifting pails of water in the garden. My life had become timing household chores in between having to lie down on my cot and eating. This item (size SM per the chart) fit perfectly and completely eliminated the continual "popping out". It fully returned my mobility, eliminated all discomfort, and I wish I had perhaps even had it to wear before I gave myself the condition as it just helps to hold me upright. Could be the best purchase I ever made. Completely satisfied.
