The color is pretty true to the photos. It's a nice deep olive color. It matches my olive chenille Penn chair from west elm, but maybe the throw is a shade or 2 lighter. It has a nice texture which adds to the design/look of the throw. I wouldn't really call it a blanket though. It is very lightweight and more like a shawl as far as thinness and material. This makes it perfect to add a pop of color to a couch, or to pull over you when you want the feeling of being covered without the weight or heat of a blanket. I think that may be why this is a highly rated but frequently returned item. It also can be a little static-y. The throw is perfect for its purpose and at its price point. I'm ordering another for a different room. **update- ordered in cream as a second purchase. Same quality and thickness (or “thinness” I should say), only thing is the cream is actually a bright white not a warm yellowy ivory or cream color. Still works for me but if you need a warm ivory this won’t work.

This throw is really lightweight but still does it’s job if you’re chilly and looks very sophisticated. The waffle pattern adds a really beautiful texture to the room. It’s incredibly soft and the perfect size. I got a second one in another color and draped it across my king size bed. The only negative is I got this one in a dark color and I have a brown and white dog so I’m constantly shaking it out or running a lint roller over it. It’s definitely a synthetic blend so there is an increased potential for static cling which attracts dog hair and fur more than usual. I have only had it for a week so I have not washed it yet and am hoping it doesn’t lose any of its softness in the process. It really is a great throw and you can’t beat the price. It’d make a really easy Christmas gift.

An attractive throw - nice color, attractive tactile pattern to fabric (machine wash and dry). The only reason I don't give it five stars is the feel - not quite scratchy, but not as soft as I would like. Perhaps it will soften with additional washing/drying/fluffing. Expected texture for 100% acrylic. Overall, a nice product.

I didn't know what to expect buying this online. It's far thinner than I thought it would be. Although it is very soft and is large so it makes up for how thin it is. I actually bought this to drape over an ugly headboard and that worked well. I'm not sure I would reach for this to curl up and keep warm with. It would probably also snag very easy. It's very soft though and the color was on point.

Good lightweight, soft throw blanket for over the couch. I had a hard time finding the right olive green color to coordinate with my pillows and this one is pretty close. The pics advertised are pretty accurate to the actual color.

Lovely throw and quite large. The material is good also the color (brick/burnt orange). I like it a lot and would recommend to Family & Friends.

Nice looking throw but VERY loose weave, thin and not suitable if you're looking something to keep yourself warm.
