Acacia Grove Mortar for Miniature Cinder Blocks and Red Bricks - 4oz

Directions would have been nice.

I'm not a professional, but I've worked with concrete a handful of times and watched people install brick walls many times. I cannot for the life of me get this stuff to stick to the little bricks at all. The second it touches the brick it just dries out and falls off. Add more water and it's a full on liquid that just runs off. Add more powder and oh! Too late it's already dry, lumpy and useless after 2 minutes. Went through this cycle 3 times before throwing away the bricks, mortar and my ambition. My kid just wants to build a tiny house, it shouldn't be this insanely frustrating.

Tried it twice. As others have said, no adhesion to bricks and hardens way too fast. Have gone to using pre mixed product that comes in jar and works great.

I wish the BRICKS NOT INCLUDED, would have been highlighted!!! So disappointed

Ended up getting construction glue from Homedepot.

Buyer beware. Read the title and description. This is a bag of powder. The listing does say so, but going off images alone, you would think that you're buying finished cinder blocks.
