100% xylitol gum which no indian company produce
after lots of research and own study i was able to figure out xylitol which is good for dental cure. thanks amazon and seller for importing it and made it available in india - though price is more than doubled from USA - need to decrease it a lot.

Xylitol is high effective for oral care. It will create the right environment in your mouth to promote healing. This gum is flavourful and fun to chew. One should only chew this gum for 10 mins max and after eating is best.

I am uncertain if the price is worse.
Although I cannot confirm any health benefits, it can undoubtedly take the place of mouth freshener.The flavor is strong, but strangely, it tastes exactly like Orbit gum.
