Books like this one, 48 laws of Power, Mindset, Dark Psychology books, and the likes. It really REALLY helps to understand relationships and people better. Certainly an eye opener, there are more psychopaths among us than we realise and this book gives real insight on how best to minimise the stresses of living among them. We can’t change them, but we can change how we deal with them to lessen the negative effects their psychopathic behaviours have on us. Such a helpful book to refer back to time and time again. It’s such a useful tool that I’ve bought one for a lot of my family and friends too.
