**Q: Can you please post the correct label? I want to know the exact amounts of each ingredient..**
A: I don’t remember the ingredients but it wasn’t effective

A: Because of the valerian root.

A: I take 1 pill 1h before you start feeling the effect but remember you take the pill and you must stay chill you will have a deep sleep for sure. Trust it.
