Perfect non stick pan!
I love this muffin tin! The color is pretty. Nothing sticks. I even make egg 'muffins' (just eggs) in the pan and they don't stick at all. They are easy to wipe clean, just make sure you don't use a rough scrubber or it will eventually make the coating peel off. My favorite muffins:(shown in pictures) Almond flour Blueberry muffins: (Gluten free, dairy free, paleo) Ingredients: -2 cups almond flour -1 tsp baking soda -1/2 tsp salt -2 large eggs - 4 TBSP liquid egg whites (or 2 egg whites from egg) -1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey) -1 tsp vanilla extract -2 TBSP olive oil -1 TBSP Apple cider vinegar -1 cup blueberries Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. -Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. -Mix all the wet ingredients in a bowl and then add in with the dry ingredients and mix altogether. -Fold in the blueberries Scoop out with 1/4 scoop into muffin tin. Makes 8-9 muffins. (Pour a bit of water into any empty muffin tins so they don't burn in the oven.)
