Good mustard.
I like it. It is not hot, but it tastes really good. While the lid has a dispenser hole, I found it easier to use a knife to get the mustard out and spread.

I'm satisfied with this mustard. It's does seem bit sweeter but not as strong as was my previous mustard.

Plochman is the Bomb Diddy! The Cuban mustard I used to be able to get locally is no longer stocked so I took a chance on ordering Plochmans mustard and so glad I did. I ordered their Bourbon and Cuban Mustards, and these flavors are out of this world scrumdelicious.!!!! I use them for sandwiches/ salads/sauces/ topping chicken and pork dishes and they both add that special something you just can't get with plain mustard. If you love great flavor and some zip and zing to your dish, GET THESE!

Tis good mustard. Taste kind of like a more potent Dijon with a hint of bourbon on the back in. Tasty on sandwiches for sure.

Very tasty mustard. I feared it might be too sweet due to the molasses, but it isn't. Very spicy but also tangy, probably due to the molasses and vinegar. I don't use mustard that much, so the price did not matter to me that much.
