It's very sturdy and well made. It's exactly the right size to slice Spam evenly which isn't that easy. I like it. Probably will figure out other things to slice with it.

Work as it should be. Sliced my Tocino flavored Spam in nice equal pieces. So far, it seems a good value, easy cleaning and durable. I haven’t use for any hard boiled eggs yet but we’ll see. Good quality for price.

The media could not be loaded. Got this specifically to cut spam into equal slices. Chances are if you're looking at these you already know how they work. But I attached a video showing just how easy these are to operate. They work just like the ones for boiled eggs.

If you're careful, you can turn the spam a few times and end up with tiny cubes. Who doesn't like tiny cubes of spam in their stir fry? Easiest way to make nice, even spam slices, but also works passably well for eggs and other non-fibrous foods. The wires are a bit delicate for actual ham, but it works well on softer processed meats, wet mozzarella and tofu. Seems to be holding up pretty well after 6 months of moderate use and being run through the dishwasher. I'll be getting another one if I break this one.

No box, just a clear plastic bag inside of a plastic envelope. They must have squashed it during shipping because 4 wires were snapped off. Too cheap of an item to justify the trip to return it.
