The cheese arrived in a cold pack, still very cold to the touch. We divided the round into 1/8 pound wedges and put all but one where each in the freezer. It thaws easily and nicely. I would highly recommend this cheese to anyone who likes cheese. Review: Moldy - The cheese was moldy... I had to throw it away. It was like throwing $65.00 in the garbage.
