Makeup Revolution Precise Brow Pencil, Double-Ended, Ultra-Fine Pencil Tool, Includes Spoolie, Brown

the other time i bought it it was fine and easy to use. But this time I bought two of these the pencil is all gone after 1 time using. I used 2 of this in 2 days. You can see from the picture of how new they look.

I've bought this pencil before and it was pretty good. Unfortunately this time I couldn't get the pencil part inside to come out, no matter which way I twisted.

The colour is more black than dark brown. The precision element (read skinny) isn't actually useful unless you're trying to draw individual hairs which would bizarre as the nib is too thick for it. Mostly, I'm just annoyed that there's just an inch of actual pencil to use despite the length of plastic. Should've bought a normal brow pencil and used a spoolie that I already own. It'd work out cheaper and longer lasting. I've tried it once, lightly, and it looks like its worn down a few mm already. Can't comment on longevity but the fact that it wipes off very easily with a finger doesn't fill me with any hope.

I opened the package and took the product out to try it, for (as in the actual pencil) to completely fall out and break into bits on the floor. I had to clean it up and throw it away. Waste of money, maybe a fault with the product as I have had many products similar to this and never had the lead completely fallen out.

May have just been a one off but only got 2 uses out of this & then no more pencil, or perhaps mechanism isn't working to push pencil down. Very disappointing as liked the effect of pencil and brush, was easy to use & a nice finish, pity it didn't last

When I first used the brow pencil i was impressed at the quality due to the price. However when I came to use it again, a large piece crumbled off. I have just come to use it again today and it won’t twist up at all.

Opened this to use and the pencil fell out. Was sent a replacement and the same thing happened again. Won't be re purchasing as it doesn't even work properly!!

These precise pencils are great when they work. Unfortunately, with this one, nothing seems to come out of the plastic 'case' when I turn it. Amazon's AI seemingly processed my return after I had answered a few questions. Hopefully, it gets processed soon whilst I look for an old timey basic pencil. Otherwise, the standard return process does not allow for a video format to be uploaded. And I can't exactly prove this kind of fault with a static image, so we'll see how reliable these AI-based services are when it comes to returns. UPDATE: Happy to say I've been issued a full refund. All sorted within one afternoon.

If you want to apply thin eyebrow hair strokes this is very good product I would mention it does work best on a dry surface area, not a moisturized area. Otherwise very hood I would recommend this product

The color is very pretty, especially for ashy blondes, but the consistency was a little too dry for me.
