Nice quality real deal and better price than big box

This product doesn’t have the spike sticking up on top of the head to pull the wire mesh up into the wet concrete as shown in the picture. I contacted the manufacturer in China. His reply seemed flippant to me as to not take any blame for the manufacturer’s mistake. He went on to give me full and complete return instructions including a clean unused product back into the clean undamaged box with excessive return instructions like I was a moron. Maybe it’s just a cultural difference. I expected to hear, I’m sorry you are disappointed, we will correct and update the picture / description. Please return the item for a full refund.

Straight out of the box, it looks either lightly used or roughly handled. Not a HUGE issue for a tool with no moving parts, but annoying when it's not advertised that way. The welds are bad. If it holds up better than they look, I'll update. I might have returned it and gotten a different one but I hope to put it to use this weekend.
