More than great in its Look-and-Feel, this product is well built, fits comfortably and functions as expected.

I do not have any formal swim training, but after herniating a disc in my lower back, I took up swimming to rehab my back, strengthen my core, and for general stress relief. I took four half hour lessons at the tender age of 51. And I'm sort of addicted to all the fun things to keep the swim interesting as I swim laps for an hour five to six times a week. These fit perfectly in my palm and are easy to control. I've only had them a few weeks and I use them about 20 minutes or so each swim. Every friend who has tried them, wants a pair. I'm seriously considering giving some for Christmas. I like them that much. They will improve your stroke and form, work your upper body and oh happiness, isolate your triceps and work them like nothing else you've tried. Affordable and fun. Only negative might be how long the finger and wrist loops/bands are going to last. Will keep this review updated.

Definetly will help you improve stroke while building up strength! Great for all types of swimmers. Size chart is very accurate. Amazing price! Don't think it twice and enjoy your swim.

Ergonomically fits my hand with the right size. It propels smoothly in the water and it forces my palm to stretch straight when hitting the water so improving the stroke. However the rubber band is hurting my fingers a bit for long usage if I want a tight fit. It's not easily adjusted but it's okay if you don't need adjustment frequently. Overall I would say it's a quality paddle comparing to similar product.

I'm an old guy who swims mostly for relaxation, certainly not competitively or for speed. But I got these to see if they would help me to swim a little faster, without too much extra effort. They do, by about 10%. And they give your arms more of a work-out. Most swim paddles are flat, like ping-pong paddles. But I like the curved, hand-contoured, ergonomic shape of these. (Not to be confused with the model designed for pirates, which has an arrrgh-onomic shape).

I've used them a few times in the pool and they are a great addition to the training kit - and it's already helped me improve strength and technique.
