It doesn't harm my skin & I believe it helps keep it "thin" so to speak to remove dead skin cells. I initally started using it to help fade dark marks and it's been a slightly slow process. But when you're not using extremely strong ingredients like hyroquinone, it can be. Although I can't speak about razor bumps per say, I imagine it'd help dissipate the inflammation (with the acids) just like it does with pimples and leave it feeling refreshed.
