Worked just fine, much less expensive than stock item and just as good.

I have no idea what this is or why I needed it, other than the fact my printer told me it would not continue to work until it was replaced. Found it on Amazon, it was cheap, ordered it, got it, easy install I structions from my printer, and now it works again!

Epson was out of stock on this product, thrilled to find this and it worked
I was happy that it worked without any issues. First I knew of a Maintenance box! I must say I had changed out ink cartridges the day before I got message the 'Life of Maintenance box was over'...no warning! When I replaced the new maintenance box and the machine went through whatever it did for a few minutes- it used a whole lot of ink? Not sure why? But, my work was dependent on the printer/fax/scanner working so 2 days without until Amazon delivered, I won't complain. Just mentioning this. Make sure for other buyers to have extra ink cartridges in case!

It's an empty box made of plastic with a chip and a cotton ball
Total ripoff in my opinion but is requested by the printer so I guess we HAVE to have it. This one is not original but my printer didn't mind, so I guess it's a better deal than the original EPSON :) Buy it

Didnt know my printer needed this
Seems to be working fine. Didnt know my printer had this part that needs to be replaced periodically until it quit working and gave me an error message.
