This is a great little meter! It was easy to install on an old MGA sportster where the original water temp gauge had been damaged. I taped the sensor to the valve cover with some muffler tape. The display range is perfect for an auto. This gave me a functional and nice looking temporary gauge while waiting for a final authentic gauge replacement.

Nice thermometer with a scale and digital read out for monitoring temperature. Bright display, easy to see read-out, good value for the money.

I put this on my pwm controller for my trolling motor to monitor the temperature of the board. I checked it with other temp probes and it's very accurate. Very nice and crisp display. I have two issues with it, that are small. Not water resistant and the screen is small and I struggle to see the numbers from 4 feet away. Other than that, useful and accurate

Very pleased! For 10 dollars you honestly can’t beat it. If you plan on running it for an RC car it works great however it will require a little modification. First purchase the 4 pin one not the USB version. Next you can cut off the connectors and change that to a IC/EC plug. On my Arrma limitless I run an auxiliary 3s lipo to power my HyperFlow fans, I use the balance lead to power the fans and then the IC connector to power the temp gauge.

Nice looking, but doesn’t last. Failed within the return window, so I did the replacement due to all the positive reviews. Typically Amazon trash, new one was dead on arrival. I tried to return them and wasn’t able to be cause I had to cut the harness to install them. Waste of money considering the ones I ordered after this came with 5 for the same price and I am still on the first of the 5 after 3 months.. personally I would look elsewhere.

I use this in my PC case and the sensor hanging right next to the CPU and GPU. Used it in two different cases now and works nicely to tell you the temperature inside the case with a bright easy to read screen. Van change between C and F readout.

This KEOTEK Digital thermometer was soft and on the eyes to look at day and night.. An excellent item for use on a car dashboard to monitor engine temperature. If the sensor lead is too short, ordinary speaker wire can be used to lengthen it. The sensor lead is just regular, very thin, about 22 gauge wire. I would suggest cutting the sensor lead a few inches outside of the sensor housing to lengthen the lead. The sensor is soldered on two tiny tabs on the PC board and the new lead can be soldered ther in place of the original. I did that but If a person is not skilled enough to do that then just add on to the existing wire externally. Saves time prying open the device housing and tearing two small wires from the backlite main LED. Accuracy is excellent. If a person needs beater accuracy then he'll have to pay more for a lab grade temp measuring devices. All in all the KEOTEK A great little device and sold and a lot of value for an excellent temp gauge sold at low price .

Item arrived but not working. Installed into my excavator and not sign of life so now I have to do the work of returning the thing. Going to the local store next time.
