If you dont know what this is, you dont need it. For those who need it, its basically got everything you need. The notches for measuring, a magnet for the nut, an attatched threaded nut for installing the center lag, etc. The quality is very nice. It is worth the money

Learn how this tool works...and it will save you time and frustration
I had been shown this tool and how it works before I ordered one for myself. This tool makes all the measuring and layout for joining handrail as easy as it can get.Also eliminates the wrench for driving the rail bolt and tightening the nut,cuts alot of time in a time consuming job.

At a loss till i used this wrench....
So I bought this tool thinking that it was going to be able to screw deep bolts down in my newels. I kinda figured it was going to be a little smaller then my half inch wrench. It is not. It is the exact same size. So it won't catch the bolt and turn it unless the bolt is in the right position and neither wrench will catch the other side while it has been turned. So I was at a loss on how to screw these bolts in in the middle of the newels. I was just about to drill a bigger hole so I would have room to get at it when I figured something out. This wrench combined with my 1/2 wrench together leave enough room to turn the bolt on the other side. So I turn with one then turn with the other. So this wrench did work for me after all.

Specialized tool for a specific job!
Not a tool that I'll likely use very often (I'm a DIY homeowner, not a tradesman) - but it sure helped make my handrail project go together with minimal fumbling of fasteners. Could I have assembled the handrails without it? - certainly, but this tool made the job a whole lot easier.

Good for newel nuts
Worked well tightening a nut in my handrail newel post where other wrenches/sockets would not fit.

Broke head on 2nd job
Head broke on 2nd job when tightening a rail bolt and it wasn't even fully tightened.

Good tool, only tool that I found that would have worked for my need of tightening nuts in railing cutouts.
