This is a very good product but the shipping packaging is terrible.

The shampoo is great. The shipping is not. I was disappointed to see some of it was spilled and the bottle damaged. I wish they would have packaged it better. I’m very unhappy about the loss of shampoo considering this is not a cheap product.

First, this arrived heavily wrapped in bubble wrap with nothing else. It was odd. Despite the top being taped there was still some shampoo leakage. In my opinion, for an expensive shampoo, any leaking is unacceptable.However, that does not take away from how well this shampoo works to clean my oily/greasy hair.I have fine, shoulder length hair that is wavy/curly.This shampoo has a very nice, but strong mint scent. It does make your scalp feel cool for a little while, even after rinsing.I enjoy that it has a fresh clean scent but it doesn't seem to last a long time in my hair.It does a great job cleaning sebum and build up from my scalp and my hair stays clean for a good while.The bottle dispenses a good amount of product. I only need like 4 pumps each time.Overall, this is an expensive shampoo but if you struggle with oily hair I highly recommend it!

I really love the fragrance of this shampoo. I'm a sucker for mint and this really does it for me. As far as function the shampoo is kind of mixed for me. It seems to leave my scalp a little bit oily but somehow my hair has dried out. I thought maybe that would change so I've used it for about 2 weeks but it stays the same. I love the scent and wish I could continue to use it but it is making my hair dry frizzy and unmanageable.

I really liked this shampoo but it will take a bit of a transition period because it’s still leaving my crown a bit oily. This shampoo does not lather much but that can be a good sign that there’s not too much chemicals. The smell is really great and I love how the mint makes my scalp feel.

This smells a peppermint and I like it!The cost though is ridiculously high. That alone would keep me from ordering again. At 87 bucks a bottle... nope, there are other shampoos that work just as well for me at a huge fraction of the cost.This shampoo cleans well, rinses well and doesn't leave my hair feeling filmy or greasy. It does what a shampoo should but for me, it doesn't perform any better than the stuff we normally use.... aside from the minty scent and the tingle on the scalp from the mintiness of the shampoo.

Have used this for years, and can't live without it!But the last shipment came with major leaks because the packer had not taped the pump. I lost about a quarter of the bottle.PACKER PLEASE NOTE!!

I loved this shampoo, despite the price of it and how hard it was to find it. Then they go and change it! It's not just the packaging that changed. It is no longer as minty, or as rich. I never had to use conditioner after using this (which justified the price). Now, conditioner is required.Why mess with something that worked so well!
