Mains 240V Tyre Inflator Air Compressor with Digital Pressure Gauges, LED Light, Car Air Pump 12V 240V Dual Power, Max 150PSI, Includes Adaptors Toolkit

I use this to inflate my car tyres. The mains AC plug is good for home use so I can avoid turning the engine on. The hose snaps on and off onto the tyre valve, which is quick and easy, and there is minimal air escape when detaching the hose. I checked the reported pressure against a different pressure gauge and the measurements are in close agreement, so it seems to be accurate. The unit is lightweight and easy to carry. It came with all of the accessories as advertised. The inflation process was quick enough, not too much waiting around. All told, it is a good tool for the price and I cannot find any real faults with it so far.

Ordered this item as our local garages air line is either always busy or out of order and since Covid they've introduced a charge. It arrived on time and was put straight to use to see how accurate it was as i recently had a puncture and had all tyre pressured checked with the puncture repair and i found it very accurate. It comes with a handy zipped bag and is lightweight so can be kept in the boot as it can be used by plugging a lead into the cars cigarette lighter if away from home. I used it first from the mains electric socket in our garage and you may need to use an extension lead as our garage is full of stuff so the Car/s are always on the drive some distance from the socket. I haven't tried it on anything else yet but it says it will work on bikes and blow up mattresses.

It feels light and a little fragile, as if the first time it’s dropped will be the last time it works. It is a bit noisy but less so than the smaller tyre inflators I’ve used before. However, it inflated a car tyre from 17 psi to 30 psi in just under 2 minutes, the auto cut off worked perfectly and the display is excellent, clear and easy to use. If it felt a little more robust I’d be happy to give it 5 stars but then it probably wouldn’t be this cheap.

I own a couple of battery powered tyre inflators, and this product is by far better. The snap-on inflator means that once the tyre is inflated, you're losing minimal air when you detach (unlike the screw-on versions). It's also much more accurate. If I add on one psi above the pressure I actually want, once I detach and check with my analogue pressure gauge, it's spot on. Seems a bit more powerful than my battery-operated counterparts too (bearing in mind I have only run this from the mains supply). Very simple to operate as well. Thumbs up.

As with many modern cars, my car informs me if the tyre pressure drops below the recommended level. The it doesn't let up telling me. With this inflator, I can get the tyres back up to pressure quickly from home. I prefer to use it from the mains, though it comes with an adaptor to allow it to be plugged into the car cigarette lighter socket. Ideal when travelling abroad with the car. Use is pretty obvious and it has a choice of PSI or BAR.

I have bought several pumps in the past and regretted them all. This pump is the exception. Plus points: Easy to use Accurate Capable of pumping large tyres (e.g. my campervan) to high pressures. Comes with both mains and cigar lighter leads. Compact with bag and instructions. One small negative: Claims to pump cycle tyres - this it does but only Schrader valves

Hugely disappointing. Although the compressor is compact and extremely efficient, the air hose has split (it is not long or flexible enough) after less than six months, meaning that the machine has to be replaced. I could not recommend this machine until the air hose is redesigned.

Not bad. Works well, seems to be very accurate. The mains plug is a boon (I'll never understand why so many compressors are 12V-socket only, since I'm most likely to do my tyre checks at home). Primary criticism is that it consistently reads at 10kPa lower than it actually pumps (i.e. will set to 210kPa and it'll actually pump to 220kPa according to other gauges). It's also not exactly the greatest form factor, and it has no compartments for neatly storing its attachments and pipe away. Its little red handle thing is absurdly useless. Ultimately, it does what it has to, does it well, and can easily be used with a power socket, so there's nothing finicky about it doing its job. I'll always recommend owning a separate (and verified as accurate) tyre pressure gauge before completely trusting any pump.
