Though the cloth matarial is quite good. The size is not suficient, and is more or less for under 18. Could have not market as professional. Though I have a falt in this to, next time I will buy the 500 cm or 4.5 m(450cm). You could learn to wrap buy yourself or watch youtube video. Expariment and have fun stay healthy. Train to be strong to Protect, not to Hurt.

This boxing hand wrap is made of cheap nylon material, not suitable for any kind of training. Even after using it with gloves, both my hands were completely damaged — the skin tore near my finger bones. The material is rough, uncomfortable, and gives zero protection. Definitely not recommended for professionals or anyone serious about boxing. Totally waste of money!
