Definitely for teens and adults! But so cute and so much fun to make!
I bought this for my dollhouse-loving mom and I have to say.... This was so much fun to make! Of course there were a lot of frustrating moments. Everything is so small so I struggled a lot. The instructions are in broken english, but it's better than others. Just make sure to check what you need for every step (and the orientation of things) before you do them. I accidentally glued the door upside down, even though I double-checked. Lol It's not too bad though! HahaThe cool thing about this is that you can do everything, or you can skip a lot of it and just do what you want. You could add or replace pieces with whatever. Totally up to you. I added bricks made from egg cartons to the back wall and painted them white to fit the theme of the room but also add dimension. I also added a chubby cat (from a cellphone charm I had) under the chair because it looks like my cat and my mother adores her. HahaThis is definitely not for little/younger kids.... Unless they are very good with their hands and can do very delicate and detailed work. Teens and adults will be able to do this, as long as they have the patience. And trust me, you will need it.My mom absolutely loves her dollroom and I can't wait to make some more. Definitely worth the money and time!

My 4th grader did this completely independently
My 10 yr old daughter built this ENTIRELY by herself. I mean from unboxing it to just walking out to show me her finished product. Mind you, she used "alien tape" instead of glue. Why? Who knows? I guess because it's immediate and doesn't require patience to dry or use of a screwdriver, which she's perfectly familiar with but was in the zone and didn't bother leaving her room to locate. This kit was bought as a pile of projects and puzzles for summer tasks to entertain my kids. This scale is challenging 1:24. My eyes can barely see the tiny pieces. My kid is a bit extra so I get that it's not realistic for most in this age group, but it's still super cute and doable with patience and grown up input. If you want to get into this scale, this is a great place to start before the more intense versions on this scale. She left out some aspects because she thought it looked to cluttered.

Very cute DIY project
I love this little DIY picture frame house. I did not fully follow the instructions in order to design it after my own room. I believe it included all items it stated it would include, however a few of the papers came a bit bent. The instructions are written in broken english, and the text and pictures are placed very closely together on the page, so it can be a little hard to follow. However if you have put miniatures together before you can probably figure it out for the most part. I did not have all of the required tools, and the wood for the frame is very hard, so screwing in the hinges by hand was quite challenging. I wish it had included shrink tubes for the wires, but it only included tape. However overall i am very happy with this kit!

Happy ending!
This kit was really fun to assemble. No missing part, but as always I customized pieces to my liking, and I enjoyed making it. The cross-stitch art on the chair is based on a cross-stitch art from a friend! :D the biggest relief in this one was the lighting, it doesn't go on the ceiling, but locates on the inner edge of frame, makes less shadows around the pieces.
