Organics, Lavender Water, 17 Ounce

I have been using lavender hydrosols for a few years now and absolutely love it. The brand I usually buy was out last time so I thought I'd try this one and have not been disappointed! I use it for a facial toner and soak a cotton ball with it and use it over my whole face including eye lids and it moisturizes and invigorates my skin. I especially like being able to perk up in the middle of the day this way without actually washing my face. I use it everywhere my skin feels irritated including on a q tip inside my nose when winter air has me dry and sore and even "down there" when irritated skin has me feeling mean and edgy. The only comment I have is it don't care for the bottle itself. The plastic is hard and difficult to squeeze but I simply squeeze what hydrosol I want into a small dish or bathroom cup and go from there. Love this stuff! Will keep buying!

This product Alteya Organics landed water from Belgium is very nicely scented with lavender. It's not super strong, which is what I wanted. So many uses but, mostly helps me sleep better. I spray it on my pillow before bed. Sometimes used to help freshen my dog when it stress sweats. I like that it's organic. The price is great and the bottle comes with a slow drip cap. I will probably transfer it to a mister bottle as needed. I also buy locally and scent is much stronger and costs more so I thought I'd try this brand and happy with purchase.

This is my first time buying this particular product from Alteya Organics. I am a regular customer with Alteya regarding the Organic rose water. I loved this product firstly because of the smell and then the cleansing effect it had on my facial and neck skin. I do not wear makeup at all because my skin is hyper sensitive and rejects all chemicals. My only makeup is the rose water toner and now the lavender water toner. The best compliment for a woman is when no one can tell her age accurately and trust me if you use these two products on an alternate basis you will be a very happy camper. I am speaking from experience. The one thing I would like to mention is that before going to bed I use organic cotton balls and the lavender toner to wipe my face and neck clean. I smell very good and feel very refreshed. Big bottle also so it will last a long time. There is absolutely nothing I dislike about this product.

The lavender water smells very strongly like a mix of the flower and the stalk which might be a result of the distillation process. So do not expect it to smell like artificial lavender fragrance but more like a walk in the lavender fields when the flowers are blossoming or being nearby when the lavender is being harvested or being processed (strong and a tad overwhelming). It is 100 % true lavender water, not a hybrid or something which would have been diluted with water or alcohol. Having bought various brands of lavender water for many years, I am really happy with this product and will buy it again thanks to the quality of it and the convenient larger 500mL bottle.

This product can be confusing. It does not smell all that great, but it does work very well as a toner.

I really do NOT like the smell of this. Every time I used this, I feel sick for some reason. I think I'm gonna throw this away. Just can't stand the smell anymore. I heard like lavender water is really goo for acne and I have a lot, so I gave it a try. I don't think it made my acnes worse, and not better, either. Just a normal stuff you would use. However, if you care a lot for the scent, I recommend you not purchase this.

I don't get all the negative reviews. I'm a cosmetologist who studies ingredients, and this is the real deal. Does it smell flowery like the floral waters which are a by-product of essential oil production? No, because this is a true distillate, so it's going to smell earthier, more astringent, and less sweet than some of the commercially produced sprays that people are accustomed to. If you want an aromatherapy experience, then put a couple drops of lavender essential oil in distilled water or fractionationated aloe. But the to appreciate this product for what it is, which is a very effective toner that plays nicely with other skincare products, can be used night or day, and can also be used as an ingredient in DIY products. Anyway, this is a FANTASTIC toner! Works great for the Korean "seven skin method" (Gothamista on YouTube has a great tutorial for this). The dispenser on the top is awesome too, prevents wasted product and keeps product fresh. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Can't wait to try the rose distillate.

I bought this because the company has a Rose Water toner that I loved. It’s light and has a nice scent. This product is nothing like their other one. The toner is sticky and doesn’t smell like lavender at all.

Trying this as I’ve heard it does wonders for the skin. I have also bought the Rose water from the same brand. This is a FULL glass bottle so you’re getting your moneys worth! Initially a bit weary of the smell but it’s subtle and delicate and this is coming from someone who has never been a fan of the smell of Lavender. This bottle will last a decent amount of time.

Just what I was looking for! A clean and pure basic toner. I have sensitive skin and this lavender water is so very gentle on my face. The smell is so soft. Love the size of the bottle too! This is definitely my new toner! ☺❤ UPDATE: September 2023...still using with great results!!👍🏻 Thx again! 😁

Mir hilfts super zum entspannen. Gibt nur einen Punkt zu bemängeln. Mir ist eben die ganze Flasche runter gefallen. Natürlich auch zerbrochen, wie solls anders sein. Jedenfalls ist der Duft dann innerhalb 10 Minuten verflogen. Tragisch. Hätte gedacht ich lebe nun Monate lang in einem Lavendelschloss. Naja. Ich will nicht so streng sein. Extremtest durchgefallen. Aber wendet man es an, wie jeder normale Mensch, ist es echt gut. Trage jetzt sogar als Schmuck einen Splitter vom Glas unter meiner Haut.
