I bought this new 850w model as my nzxt psu got just burned and I needed this as back up until its get repaired. But after doing all effort fixing and connecting with computer I get to know that fan of this psu isn't working and it's taking me to boot menu. So I request to refund and choose to not to buy this one but as its an electronic item I can't get refund but I will get replacement so I recived a replacement product which was worst then previous one as box was damaged, seal was open , cables were missing. So I requested for refunds and they asked for proofs which I have given to them but Amazon rejected my refund requested saying we think we have delivered you the right product so I am having this PSU at my home useless. Stay away from such seller even Amazon services are becoming worst, genuine customers have to suffer even they paid for such costly thing and getting the garbage. Worst experience with Amazon and the seller is even worst as they have all these faulty units from ullasnagar

My pc spec rtx 3060 +rtx 2070, i7 8700k 16gb ram 3200mhz......best SMPS just go for it. And we all know about gigabyte so..

I have been using this since 28 June 2023. Very light use on average 1 to 2 hours a day. No gaming were performed yet. Online surfing, word document preparation. Since the first day, sometimes it simply restart my PC, but it happen sometimes only. Today is 27 July 2023, and the SMPS is not powering up my PC. Without any sign of problem, today I was trying to power up my PC, but it is not working. I tried with my old Gigabyte SMPS which is 750 watts Gold, my PC seems to work fine without interrupting. I feel I received faulty product...otherwise the product brand is reputed and I had never come accross such with any of my PC assembled. Overall, I would suggest 50/50 on this item (850w) particularly. I have very bad experience. The return or replace period is also already over for me, and the nearest service center fro my location is over a thousand kilometres.

This model of gigabyte is a very good product, but the units that are from before August 2021 are not good and fall under faulty category. So if you want to go forward with the purchase just check the serial number of the product you recieve. You can get the series numbers of faulty and good batch online.

Dead on arrival. Does not power on. Very disappointing PSU. I thought Gigabyte has solve the issues of this model but obviously not! Inconvenient and disappointed.

That power supply in this price absolutely correct. Easy install the noise level is very quiet. That power is enough whit most of middle range new PC. Easily work 14th gen processor and 4070ti video card. I recommend that product for anyone.
